Must Have Shoe Trends! 40 Pairs of Women's Shoes for Fall 2020
It’s no secret that I LOVEEEE footwear and Fall is definitely the best time of year to show off your shoes.
In Fall we get the best weather which makes it the perfect time to show off our pumps, boots and booties! There’s little rain, the snow hasn’t started (yet) and the temperature is cool enough for us to really style up our pieces. So without keeping you any longer… let’s get into quite a few of my favorites for this season!
First up, black low heel boots! Why are these number one on my list? Because these boots can be work with practically ANYTHING! You can wear them with a pair of denim jeans, a flare skirt, long dress, short dress, mid-length dress, and on and on… Since I work a 9-5 job where I dress business casual, I’m always looking for pieces that I can wear to work and on the weekend and black low heel boots are IT. In addition, to being multi-faceted; low heel boots are super comfortable. I’m showing 8 affordable black heel boots that are available right now!

SO… you know I had to jazz it up a bit and go colorful on you right! If you follow me on Instagram & YouTube, you know that I love added pops of color to my wardrobe. Let me first start off by saying, I wasn’t always like this! I used to be the black, grey and navy girl at work… never wearing anything colorful. Then, I changed… and man do I love my style now. I started to slowly add color into my wardrobe and it eventually evolved into the woman that you see today. So colorful low heel boots are a cute way to incorporate color into your wardrobe without going too far. You can pair these boots with a monochrome outfit and completely change your style for the day! I suggest adding one pair of colorful low heel boots to your wardrobe each season and have a few suggestions below! AND.. if you’re a little nervous with venturing out, definitely check out the chocolate brown boots which are still very eye-catching!

Last year, I went crazy with animal print boots. I really needed to up my shoe game and animal print was everywhere so I purchased 5 pairs of boots/booties! I’m so glad I did, because animal print is right back in season this Fall and I’m ready. All of the boots that I purchased are still in excellent condition so I’m excited to bring them right back out. Would I suggest buying 5 pairs of animal print boots - absolutely not, but it definitely doesn’t hurt to have one (or two pairs) in your wardrobe. If you’re going to go with just one pair, I always suggest looking for style and comfort! This way you can get a good cost per wear out of them. If you’re interested in multiple pairs, then I suggest going for that killer second/third shoe that would be your attention grabber. The zebra print shoes I’m pictured in are by Schutz and I consider them to be my show stopping shoes. As it turns out, they’re no longer available.

Knee Boots + Over-The-Knee Boots
Now, if you wear a lot of dresses in the Fall (like me) or you love your skinny jeans; knee and over the knee boots should definitely be in your shoe collection! I have a few knee high boots, BUT I just purchased my pair of over-the-knee boots and can’t wait for them to arrive! They’re super cute and I’m hoping that I love them in-person as much as I loved them online. They should be arriving shortly, and will definitely make an appearance on the gram shortly thereafter. Now, knee boots can be very tricky because not all legs are created equal. Some folks have a very hard time finding ones that fit! Believe it or not, the bottom half of my legs are a little thick for my size so I prefer knee high boots that don’t zip up. For me, those fit the best. Definitely find what works for you, but don’t give up! Sharing a few knee boots options for you below!
Fashionable Sneakers
Shannah talking about sneakers? Weird, I know… BUT if you’re going to wear sneakers, make sure they’re eye-catching sneakers like one of the pairs I included below. I just purchased the Converse sneakers and I absolutely LOVE them! Comfortable, true to size, eye-catching and unique!
